How You Can Cure Hyperhidrosis at Home

Hyperhidrosis is a condition where a person suffers from excessive sweating, particularly from the face, armpits, and feet, but even from other areas of the body with a higher concentration of sweat glands. The reasons for excessive sweating could be either medical or hormonal, or sometimes, there simply are no reasons. Whatever the cause though, hyperhidrosis is often a highly traumatic experience, leading to depression, lack of confidence, and inability to work, socialize, or develop meaningful, personal relationships.
Fortunately then, it is entirely possible to cure the condition without ever having to visit the doctor or taking pharmaceutical drugs. So, let us explore exactly how you can cure hyperhidrosis at home:

1. Natural Vinegar

An excellent remedy for excessive sweating is to take 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with 2 teaspoons of natural vinegar, three times a day - 30 minutes before or after each meal.

2. Tomato Juice

Tomatoes are an extremely beneficial source of nutrition, and can help you combat hyperhidrosis as well. So make sure you drink a glass of fresh, home-made tomato juice every day.

3. Herbal Tea

Sage is another brilliant natural remedy for a number of ailments, and it helps with excessive sweating too, as it is rich in vitamin B and magnesium, both of which reduce the activities of sweat glands. Have a cup of sage tea every day, and if you cannot find sage herbs, green tea can be just as effective. Sage tea is particularly helpful when it comes to sweat in the armpits.

4. Potato

All you need to do here is cut a few slices of potato, and rub them on the areas of your body which are prone to excessive sweating.

5. Coconut Oil

Take a bowl of coconut oil, add 10gms of camphor, and apply the mixture to the areas of your body which are prone to excessive sweating.

6. Grapes

Grapes have natural antioxidants and they help balance your body’s temperature. Eating a few every day can therefore prove to be considerably helpful in the battle against hyperhidrosis.

7. Salt

A highly effective method of decelerating your sweat glands’ activity and to cure excessive sweating is to massage your hands with a mixture of lime juice and a tablespoon of salt.

8. Cornstarch and Baking Soda

Make a mixture of baking soda and cornstarch - add any essential oil, if you wish, as a deodorant - and apply to your armpits, having cleaned them thoroughly beforehand. Wash it off ½ hour later, and rid yourself of excessive underarm sweating.

Hyperhidrosis is a condition which can ail you for no reason whatsoever. However, there is also no reason why you should allow it to interrupt your life. Follow the simple, stay-at-home methods listed above, cure yourself of excessive sweating, and avoid all potential stress and hindrances.
